Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping.

During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Maeven Studio ships orders under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
This means:
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are not included in the product price
- Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer
- These fees must be paid (if required) for the package to be released
Please note:
- Not all shipments are subject to additional charges
- We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Maeven Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
