All orders are shipped with tracked shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Maeven Studio ships orders under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are not included in the product price
  • Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer
  • These fees must be paid (if required) for the package to be released

Please note:

  • Not all shipments are subject to additional charges
  • We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address
